As Project Coordinator of Hunt Builders Corporation, Mr. Edwards is responsible for the oversight of competitive bidding for current and prospective projects. Frank manages the communication between Owner, Architect, Subcontractors and Hunt Builders. He facilitates the submittal and RFI process in active projects as well as ensuring the close out procedures per project in a timely manner.

Regus/Spaces 15th and Vine – Project Coordinated for space approximately 45,000 square foot. Managed successful bid through subcontractors to win job. Coordinated all RFI’s and submittals from subcontractors, owner and architects. Provided in the field assistance on creating RFI’s to ensure the job continued to run according to schedule. Staffmark 7th and 8th floor tenant improvements.

Atrium One, 201 E. 4th St. – Coordinated between building owner, tenant and architect to ensure job made schedule requirements. Managed RFI’s, Submittals and shop drawings. Coordinated smooth close out.

Huff Consolidated School‐ Hanover, WV – Successfully bid the project which ended up with a total contract value in excess of $10,000,000. Handled all Submittals and RFI’s on site. Relieved site superintendent during their time away. Managed all communication between clerk of works board of education, subcontractors and General Contractor.

New Xenia City Hall‐ Xenia OH – Successful low bidder for construction new Xenia City Hall, in Xenia, OH. Filled in for site superintendent while on back surgery recovery. Managed subcontractors to deliver the project on time.
